A:The MOQ depends on your requirements for color,size,material and so on.
Usually , the MOQ can be 100 sets if you can choose our ready design . We can provide thousand ready designs and most customers
can find the designs they need from our ready designs.
Q: Where is your factory located ? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in Nantong City,Jiangsu Province, China. It's only 30Minutes away from Nantong Xingdong Internation Airport.
You can fly to Nantong directly. It's very convenient for us to pick you up at Nantong airport. If you come , please
feel free contact with us, we will pick you up any time as your requested.
Q: How can I get some samples?
A: It is our greatest honour to have the opportunity to offer our sampes to you. New clients are expected to pay for the courier's
cost and the samples ' charge. But all the charge will be deducted from the payment when the order is placed.
Regarding the courier's cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon Fedex, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples
collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.
Q: What is your payment term?
A: T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment ,L/C at sight.Now we have a new payment term ****** Trade Assurance,It means
you will get 100%payment
refund up to trade assurance.
Q: Can you provide ODM /OEM service?
A:Yes, we work on ODM AND OEM orders. Which means size, material, quantity, design, packing solution,etc, will depend on your requests,
